Though it made room for a million new questions. It was nice to get a bit more information than what we previously had. I felt like I didnt get enough time to process what happened before the next event took place and revealed something new. Now, as much as I adore the characters I couldn’t help but be a bit confused with where the story was going. We pick up from where we left off in the first book and we follow the adventures of Noah and Goose. Something about Michelle Hodkin’s writing always manages to keep me immersed even if there isn’t anything happening yet. I read this one in two days just like the previous book. Reading from his point of view is a completely different experience than when we were reading from Mara’s perspective. Noah is one of my favorite characters ever. I was almost sobbing when I received an approval to review this book. Michelle Hodkin is one of my absolute favorite authors.
